I, Courtney, grew up a Hoosier. I was born and raised in the vast cornfields of northern Indiana and taught to believe in Jesus, sharing with your neighbors, driving Ford trucks & eating beef. 

I made the move to Southern Michigan to attend school in 2010, met my husband, Nathan, in 2017, and still believe firmly in the Gospel of grace and sharing with neighbors, but have been [willingly] coerced into a Ram and venison lifestyle.

We live outside of Jackson on a little slice of heaven where we are raising our two babies and too many chickens. (But those ~free~ eggs!)

I started Arrow in 2015 after leading a team of marketing geniuses for over a year and a half with a tech start-up in Jackson. Before that, my career path was broad, from coffee to dentistry. In every position, my success has been founded on organization, strategy, and creative thinking. My passion is helping small to medium-sized businesses grow and gain traction in the digital space.

Uniquely,  AM&D exists to come alongside the business owner and learn their brand and goals, as thoroughly as possible, to create a cohesive marketing strategy and reach those goals. I want to free up the dentist, the staffing partner, the non-profit, the chiropractor, the salesman, and the craftsman, to focus on what they are truly good at and drive business to them so they can keep doing it day after day.
